I ordered 2 arrangements for 2 dear friends. Unfortunately 'Citrus Breeze' which I ordered was without the citrus, a wedge of lime setting it apart and making it unique and fun. Roses in both orders were nearly fully open so the arrangements will not last more than a couple of days...: ( A few other unique flowers were wilted and place along the bottom. My friend sent pictures with a big thank you which is how I realized the problem. I don't normally put in negative reviews but sending floral arrangements requires a lot of trust as you typically won't see what is being delivered and often they are pricey. Disappointed. I can't even contact the store as the phone number for the company will not pick up. No email contact either. I was hoping to address it directly with the store but a review is my only recourse.

Fantastic experience. When you hear the florist say there was an issue you think you’re going to be disappointed but no these guys absolutely nailed it when they said they ran out of the flowers I ordered but will still be able make it work with something of equal value. So thank you so much made both mine and mine and my girlfriend’s day

This was my second time ordering from Urban Florist and both times I had a great experience. I browsed the selections online and picked out an arrangement. The checkout process was easy. I received an e-mail confirmation of my order, an e-mail letting me know it was on its way, and an e-mail when it was delivered. The flowers were sent to the same person on two different occasions. She loved them and said they were absolutely beautiful. I will continue to be a repeat customer of this fantastic small business.
