Can't tell you how beautiful our custom bouquet. I ordered the one where the florist gets to free style and it was so gorgeous. I knocked a star down because of service. I was running late day of pick up. Email said to pick up before 5 but Google said the shop closes at 6. I called 10 times to confirm which was correct and that I'm running late with no answer and no ability to leave a voicemail. When I picked up the flowers a bit past 5, they had no response to why no one picked up the call.
